What this looks like in real time, as of late:
When I’m experiencing anger or jealousy I call on another emotion to assist us…perhaps pause and reflection will lead me to gratitude where I’m ultimately more nourished, and energized during and thereafter when emotions like anger or jealousy surface…
Gratitude is the one stop shop for bringing me present, it is a soulmate of mine a loving and kind companion.
Anger has it’s way of moving me to action, and it always calls for another something within me to help shape what that action actually is…
This is a new experimentation for me and my inner worlds. Maybe it will be helpful for you too.
